Company Principles

  1. No one can present the Binary system as a Ponzi system or create any bad impression on third parties that will harm the company.
  2. No one can give false perception and information by describing the earnings from the company as if there are earnings that are not outside the earnings plan.
  3. No one can make misleading or false advertisements about the company, share result videos on social media and create a perception in third parties about non-pharmaceutical products as if they were medicines.
  4. No distributor may register to a different network system and invite other distributors registered in the system to that company.
  5. No one may use slang words or act beyond the limits of respect at company-related meetings, presentations or campsites. No one may make negative advertisements for the company and distributors.
  6. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the closed areas of the company and offices. Necessary actions will be taken in case of smoking in these areas.
  7. No one can make retail sales below the price set by the company.
  8. Distributors cannot open websites related to the company and products.
  9. No one may open any office, company or social media account using the company’s name, address or contact information.
  10. No one may engage in activities that restrict the freedom of another person. It is strictly forbidden to verbally or physically harass anyone associated with the Company. Failure to comply with this principle may result in legal action by the Company.
  11. No one may learn the BackOffice information of an independent distributor and use this information for malicious purposes.
  12. No one may make sales other than the sales methods specified and selected by the company.
  13. No one may close or threaten to close another distributor’s ID (account) that is registered in the system and on which transactions are carried out.
  14. Distributors who are not doctors cannot introduce themselves as doctors.
  15. The records of distributors who have committed crimes such as terrorism, drugs, weapons, human trafficking and whose trials are finalized are immediately deleted.
